Dr. I. Dix Winston III
Dr. Dix Winston has been in full time ministry since 1975. He served three years with Campus Crusade for Christ. Wanting to better equip himself for a teaching ministry he attended and graduated (1978-1982) from Dallas Theological Seminary where he earned his Masters of Theology. It was also at DTS that he met his wife, the former Cynthia Blum whom he married upon graduation. He served two years as an associate pastor of Grace Church in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He left Grace Church in 1983 to found Trinity Bible Church in Owensboro, KY. Dix and Cynthia left Kentucky in 1985 to begin Search Ministries in Colorado, as well as to teach Walk Thru the Bible Seminars. He served as the Colorado director of Search until 1998 when he founded his current ministry, Impact, which disciples adults in evangelism and apologetics and the Bible. It was also in 1998 that he began teaching an adult Bible Class at Cherry Hills Community Church. In 2005 Dix completed his Doctorate of Ministry in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He, along with a core group of individuals founded Crosspoint Community Church in January of 2012 where he serves as Senior Pastor. Dix and Cynthia have one son, Austin who is a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. When not attending to ministry matters, Dix more than enjoys golf and riding motorcycles with Cynthia.
Joel & Hope Ebel
Children’s Ministry Coordinators
As a teenager, Joel Ebel felt God’s call upon his life to full-time ministry. After making this decision, he attended Highlands Baptist Academy in Centennial, CO. He went on to graduate from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 2010 with a degree in Biblical Studies. While in college he taught Junior Church for a year and a half at New Testament Baptist Church in Columbus, WI. After graduation went to Harvest Baptist Church in Castle Rock, CO, where he served as Youth Pastor for 3 years. Shortly after graduation, Joel married Hope Bradley and they continued to serve in ministry together.
Hope grew up in church and her father served as assistant pastor of many churches during her childhood. Hope graduated from Corydon Christian Academy and went to Maranatha Baptist Bible College to study Math Education. Alongside Joel, they both taught Junior Church at New Testament Baptist Church. She graduated in 2010 after completing her student teaching at Littleton High School. After graduation, she married Joel and they served together at Harvest Baptist Church. She is entering her 4th year of teaching math at Newton Middle School in Littleton, CO.
Hope and Joel enjoy spending time with family and friends, working on their house, and being active by playing soccer and running. Joel also enjoys golf, softball, and pretty much any other sport.
After 20 successful years as the Executive Vice President/Partner for Cummins Rocky Mountain LLC, Joe recently retired. Joe also spent another 22 successful years in engineering and marketing capacities with Cummins Inc. Domestic & International. Joe is the founder & Board Member of Wilhite Wilderness Children’s Ministry. Joe is married to Gayle and has two sons, Joseph and David.

Rich provides individual and small business tax services specializing in preparation, filing, estimating and planning. Rich is retired from the Information Technology industry with an emphasis on Customer Service. For Rich, Crosspoint Community Church is much more than religious worship; it’s an opportunity to praise God within a growing family of believers.
- Favorite Worship Song: Holy, Holy Holy! Lord God Almighty! because it speaks specifically about the Holy Trinity.
- Favorite Book: Proverbs and especially those chapters dealing with wisdom
- Favorite Biblical Characters: Boaz (O.T) & Paul (N.T.) because they are heroic and sensitive to the needs of others
Charles “Chuck” Fischer
Chuck was born and raised in Englewood, Colorado. Chuck has proudly owned an Adult Restorative and Preventive in Dental Practice Greenwood Village for 35 years. Chuck an his wife Lynn have two daughters, Lissa and Kristen, son-in-law Brandon and grandson Owen. Chuck is the a former Board Member of Impact Ministries.
