WOMEN'S MINISTRY

at Crosspoint Community Church

Woven is a Crosspoint Community Church Ministry composed of women of all ages, backgrounds, hopes and dreams. We come together as daughters of the King to support and encourage one another through our own personal walk with Christ. He is what weaves us closer together, because He is the common thread among us. As we gather to grow and serve, we allow Him to create the tapestry that one alone cannot make. Woven with Him we are stronger, and have the ability to affect generations for His glory.

Spiritual Growth

Bible Study–In depth Bible study is held in various times of the week. Our desire is to be deeply rooted in the word of God for lasting spiritual growth.

Mentoring Program–Each mentor will meet with her mentee once a month for six months, walking alongside with her in a prayerful manner, nurturing, encouraging and challenging her, so that the mentee will be drawn closer to Christ.

Fellowship

ACTS (Actively Caring through Sharing)–A monthly fellowship for mothers of young children.

Special Events–Various special events are held throughout the year.

Interests Groups–There are many interests groups available for women at Crosspoint. Whether you are a fanatic for sewing, hiking, baking, or new to a music instrument but love to make some happy noise, there is a group for you!

  • Book Club: meet the first Monday afternoons at 1:30 pm.
  • Crosspoint Crafters: meet the third Saturday afternoons at 1 pm.
  • Hymn Singing Group: Meet periodically to appreciate the great hymns.

Service

Cards For A Cause–Each year women at Crosspoint would get together for an afternoon to make handcrafted Christmas cards for our active military, community, family and friends. Then we will send those beautiful cards along with care packages to men and women in our armed forces, local foster children and homeless shelters.

Frozen Meals Delivery–When a member of our church family is in time of need, whether due to illness, loss of a loved one, or birth of a new baby, we would like to deliver some frozen meals to help out. That is our way to say “We love you and we care!”
